A monthly full-day workshop combining mindful and creative drawing exercises, techniques practice and short and long life-drawing poses.
Fun drawing exercises help you to focus your mind, let go, and relax into your day.
Practice techniques that form the building blocks of drawing the human form.
- Short poses to warm into the life-drawing session.
- One or two longer poses for more sustained drawing practice.
- Guidance, feedback and equipment provided
